Where do we service?

We travel up to 1.5 hours away from Knoxville, IL. There is a mileage fee after the first 10 miles.

Can you setup in public areas?

Yes, as long as there is access to power(if renting a bounce house), we can setup anywhere. Some public areas may require special permission.

Do we provide supervision?

No, we do not provide supervision for our setups. Unless it is a previously agreed upon vendor event, we will setup and come back at the scheduled time. It is in our contract with the renter that children will be supervised by an adult at all times.

What ages is the setup best for? 

The Mobile Play Yard is best for ages 5 and under. Our bounce houses offer great entertainment for older children up to the age of 10.

Is a deposit required? 

Yes, we require a $100 REFUNDABLE deposit that is due when booking. Upon pickup of undamaged equipment and balls in ballpit(if applicable), the deposit will be returned to the original payment method.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit card, and Venmo.

Can I buy a one day pass?

Yes! We offer a daily pass or a punch card for discounted admissions.

Does The Play Yard host special events?

Yes! Please contact Jessica to book The Play Yard for your next special event.

Does The Play Yard have birthday party packages?

The Play Yard offers private party packages on Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to book a party during the week, please contact Jessica for details.

Does The Play Yard offer food and beverage?

Yes! Small snacks and beverages are available for purchase during open play hours.

Can I bring in snacks, food, or beverages? 

Outside food and beverages are welcome. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.

Is access all day or for a certain amount of time?

Once you purchase a day pass or use a punch, you have access to the Play Yard for the entire day.

Can I buy a membership?

Yes, we have monthly memberships available for purchase. The card on file will be charged monthly. There is no commitment and membership can be cancelled at any time.

What is the cleaning regime and sanitation process for The Play Yard? 

Cleanliness and safety are a top priority at The Play Yard. All equipment is sanitized with commercial grade, non-toxic cleaning supplies nightly and as needed throughout the day.

Are shoes allowed in play area?

Shoes are not allowed in the play area. Socks must be worn. Socks are available for purchase.
