How do I book?

1. If you have not already, please complete our form attached. Submit a request to book — The Play Yard (theplayyardil.com)

2. We will get back to you within 48 hours with availability for the date and time you requested.

3. Once date and time has been confirmed, we will email you an invoice and contract that must be paid and signed within 24 hours. If it is not paid within 24 hours, the time slot is not guaranteed. 

4. The Play Yard will send an invoice after booking for you to pay the remaining balance at your earliest convenience but no later than 7 days prior to the event. 

Delivery Rate:

Delivery is free if the location is within 10 miles of 61448 zip code. Any location over 10 miles away will be charged $3 per additional mile. 

General rules for the play area and bounce houses:

  • NO shoes

  • NO sharp objects

  • NO food or drink

  • NO messy items such as paint, slime, glitter, confetti, etc.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
